Why does the world need what you're offering?
A core mission that fuels both my career and personal endeavors is the creation of spaces where individuals feel truly seen and heard. This ambition is no small feat.
In today's world, people grapple with a myriad of challenges, whether it's navigating career transitions, managing stress and anxiety, or seeking purpose and fulfillment. I strive to address these pressing needs by not only seeing and hearing the individual but by offering practical tools, unwavering support, and insightful guidance to aid in navigating their journeys.
Culturally we are experiencing a paradigm shift, placing greater emphasis on mental health, self-awareness, and holistic well-being, which is great news. As we evolve, more and more people prioritize fulfillment beyond mere material success. They have a hunger for personal growth, development and empowerment, and it is my belief that now, more than ever, people are seeking avenues to nourish this desire.

What was the moment(s) that prompted you to start it?
I had just made the transition from the non-profit sector to choosing to focus on caring for my family, more specifically my fourth child, at home.
While deeply cherishing the role of motherhood, I also yearned to channel my passions and utilize my skills beyond our household. It wasn't long before I started dreaming of starting my own "thing". So I sought an avenue to cultivate my professional aspirations while still being present for my family.
This delicate balance between nurturing my children and harnessing my talents is a tremendous privilege and one that I am extremely grateful for. I embarked on the path of entrepreneurship, determined to create a fulfilling career that complemented my desire to show up for my family as well.

My husband Greg has been an instrumental force in propelling me toward establishing my own practice. His unwavering support and encouragement have been my cornerstone throughout this journey. Greg's background in sales management has provided invaluable insights, particularly in navigating the sales aspect of my business. His guidance and assistance in this regard have proven indispensable, reinforcing the collaborative nature of our partnership and its impact on my professional trajectory.
